ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can black olives
- 1⁄4 cup minced garlic
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- olive oil
- juice of one lemons or lime
- black pepper
directions
- Combine all ingrediants in a food processor, blending in just enough olive oil to make smooth.
- Serve with toasted pita chips.
