- Spread Blackberry Preserves in each of the bread pieces. Layer ham and Brie on top. Season lightly with some salt and pepper.
- Broil for about 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Cut into pieces and serve.

This recipe I-N-S-P-I-R-E-D me to do, And although didn't follow it exact, thought it deserved a review! I oil sprayed whole grain tortilla, layetered with gypsy smoked ham, brie, restaurant quality lettuce diced, diced tomatoes and black pepper, then oil sprayed on top today! I know, sounds like I made an unusual way, Based on my lifestyle, needed to have higher protein than carbs for me! This recipe provides not only for inspiration, but variety! THANKS!
