BBQ Sauce

"Spicy bbq/dipping sauce. Similar to the bbq sauce used by a local restaurant famous for ribs. Can also add honey if you want sweet sauce. This sauce is spicy and great on everything from ribs to eggs."

  1. I tried this the other night and found that the mustard really overpowered the spices. unfortunately there was such a large amount of mustard and ketchup that I couldn't fix it with the amount of spices I had on hand. All I could do was dicard it and make a different sauce.

  2. I really liked this. I left out the cayenne, because we don't really like hot food. I did find that this was not a sweet sauce, like the intro said. I needed to add about another 1/4 cup of sugar and about three tablespoons of corn syrup. It was delicious on ribs. Thanks, I will definitely make this again, with my modifications!

  3. I cut the recipe way back ( just enough to do a dozen skinless chicken thighs). I'm sorry that I didn't make the whole recipe. Just a nice bite, the chicken was delicious. I baked the thighs turning them once. Thanks Aileen3 for a lovely dinner

I guess you could say I have a passion for food. I love to experiment with new dishes. I was hoping to organize my recipes on this this site, but I just keep finding more. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
