"Basic white bread for my bread machine for a large loaf on rapid bake setting"

ingredients

• 18 ounces flour, by weight
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons dry milk
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 1⁄2 cups milk or 1 1/2 cups water
• 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast

directions

1. Weigh out flour and add to bread machine pan.
2. Add rest of ingredients except for yeast.
3. Add yeast to yeast receptacle.
4. Choose rapid bake cycle and medium loaf.
