- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 dash vanilla extract
directions
- Put all ingredients in blender, blend on high 2 minutes until frothy.
- Pour 1/2 of batter into pre-heated non-stick waffle maker, cook until ready.
- Serve plain, with fruit, or maple syrup.
