  • First Layer.
  • Mix Crumbs and butter together in a 9x13 pan. Chill.
  • Second layer.
  • Mix together the cream cheese, vanilla pudding, icing sugar and vanilla until smooth and spread over crust. Chill.
  • Third Layer.
  • Layer fruit on top second layer. Can cut the cherries in half.Top with the prepared whipped topping. Sprinkle with coconut. Chill for a day.

  1. This is quite delicious. I wasn't sure quite what to expect, but we liked it a lot. This recipe makes a ton! I'm glad I drained the crushed pineapple in my sieve, or it might have gotten messy when it was chilling. I changed one thing though. I added some coconut to the crust when I pressed it in. I've made it like that for prior recipes and it added something wonderful to the flavor of the crust. Made and Reviewed for Every Day Holiday Tag - Thanks! :)
