First of all, I usually find it annoying to read about all of the 'changes' made. How can we give a true review if we've changed multiple aspects of the recipe? However, I made a pretty big change -- used pork instead of chicken. I will try it with chicken one day, but for today, I'm trying to empty my pantry before leaving home for three months - and I had pork. The sauce is really nice, just as described; and for what it is worth, it went very well with lean pork. Thanks to Tina and Dave's son for creating it!
