One of the easiest scallop recipes I have made yet! And just as tasty as it was easy! I only had 1 pound pof scallops so I used some sliced baby bella mushrooms that I had sauteed in the butter. The only change I would make is to drizzle the bread crumbs with just a little butter. They came out a little sawdusty in places, and I think a little moister would have helped them a great deal. Fantastic recipe!Reply
