  • Preheat oven to 350°F Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Cool ravioli according to package directions. Drain well and reserve.
  • Heat oil in medium pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, dried basil and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring, but do not brown.
  • Whisk in hot evaporated milk, and bring to a boil. Add tomato sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring often. Add reserved cooked ravioli and mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine. Pour into prepared dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  • TIPS: You can use tortellini, gnocchi, or any other of your favorite pastas.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
