- 5 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING
- 1⁄2 cup graham cracker
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
directions
- Preheat oven 275 degrees. Butter 9 inch spring pan.
- Beat egg yolks till thick, gradually beat sugar and cream cheese. Mix till smooth.
- Then add sour cream, vanilla, flour; continue mixing till smooth.
- Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mix.
- Pour in pan, bake for 70 minutes.
- DO NOT OPEN DOOR!

I live in an RV and am traveling on the road with my family. Daddy is a travel welder and we go where the work is. The girls love to eat home cooked meals. I am a stay at home mom. I think that my favorite cookbook would be to call my mom and ask her for a recipe. She can cook, and create all kinds of recipes off the top of her head and all with leftovers.
