Delish! Have to say that when it comes to burgers, I usually prefer beef, but this recipe may have changed my mind. Loved all the veggies and Asian ingredients in the turkey patties and we loved the wasabi mayo as well. I cooked the burgers in coconut oil and added leaf lettuce, tomato and red onion to the burgers. Will definitely make them again and I'm placing this recipe in my Best of 2014 Cookbook as well. Made for Spring PAC, April, 2014.

I've gotten back into cooking and find I can't leave a recipe alone, I always have to fiddle with it. I live on my 20 acres in Goldendale, WA and have a wonderful man friend that also likes to cook and help in the kitchen. My horses are gone :( and I have 3 small dogs and will be getting rid of my chickens soon. I'm a regular church goer and love our Lord, we go to bible study and I like reading my bible and recipes. I have 4 grown kids, all over the states, 2 daughters are teachers for special ed kids, my son is famous for his very small tattoos, and one daughter has problems, but don't we all??
