- 85 g butter
- 55 g icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 drops vanilla
- 85 g flour
- 90 g arrowroot
directions
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees centigrade.
- Grease a biscuit tray
- Cream the butter and icing sugar well, add egg yolk and vanilla.
- Mix in the sifted flour and arrowroot.
- Turn out onto a floured board and knead lightly.
- Roll out and cut into rounds.
- Place on greased tray and bake in preheated 175 degrees Celsius oven for 20 minutes.
