Applesauce Cinnamon Microwave Mug Cake

"A very simple and fast mug cake that is better for you! The recipe is quite forgiving-- I usually eyeball the amounts instead of measuring them out."

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 3 tablespoons applesauce
• 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or sugar)
• 3 tablespoons flour (I use rice flour for gluten free cake)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a mug.
2. Microwave on high for 2:22.

Sorry, but I hate to rate it one star. I followed the recipe exactly and usually every mug cake I make turns out right, but this mug cake's texture was way off. It turned out looking like slime/dough. I

I hate to give any recipe a 1 star rating, but this recipe was followed and did not even bake. It smelled great but was still a sloppy mess! Sorry won't make this one again!
