A nice recipe. I reduced syrup by 25 percent and put syrup into a foil lined well greased 9 by 13 inch pan while oven was preheating and I made up rolls. I also reduced the sugar for cinnamon mixture to 3 tablespoons and thought it was plenty and used 1 tablespoon of baking powder. I used 1 and 1/4 cups of milk for dough which might be because it is very dry here in desert. I rolled the dough between two pieces of wax paper. The hardest part was transferring the cut slices to pan without losing so much of the delicious apple bits. I wish the milk was listed after the egg, it would make it easier for an inexperienced baker. Thank you xrose for sharing. Made for Spring PAC 2013.
