Made this for 2 of us, so I used just 3 large chops, but did do a full amount of the stuffing! Also used some very flavorful dried Fuji apples instead of the somewhat tasteless ones from Sun-Maid, & we had a really outstanding supper, thanks to your recipe! This meal had an elegant feel to it, as I do not usually stuff meat except for holidays. DH and I thought it was excellent! 14 yr. old son did not care for it as much and that's okay cause some things are for the more cultured adult taste. I am still giving this a 5-star (but may not be a kid pleaser).
