Almond Roca

"My daughters' mother in law makes this at Christmas and it is the best homemade candy I've ever had. The measurements for the chocolate and almonds are approximate. Also you can use your favorite chocolate here, dark or milk as well as your choice of nuts. I recommend that if you have a BBQ with a side burner to take this outside to cook as it does start to smoke when it reaches the crack stage. Enjoy!"
