ingredients

• 3 pints heavy cream
• 3 cups smoked ham (cubed hormel cure 81 original ham)
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 6 cups smoked gouda cheese (shredded)
• 3 cups parmesan cheese (shredded)
• white truffle oil (drizzle over the finished dish)
• salt (to taste)
• pepper (to taste)

directions

1. Cook pasta according to directions.
2. In a pot heat the heavy cream and add the cooked pasta.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Simmer for about 10 minutes on medium high heat.
5. Serve and drizzle white truffle oil.
