  1. Great way to dress up green beans! The herbs were a lovely touch. Thanks for sharing! Veggie Swap 51

  2. I liked the taste the broth gave the beans, but I wish I had fresh dill. Will defiantly make this again - livens up plain boring green beans. Thanks for sharing Acadia! Made for Adopt a Veggie tag.

  3. Wonderful change of pace. So quick and easy. The dill and chives breathy new life into your every day side green beans without adding fat Yippy! We loved how flavorful and healthy this dish was. Will be making again. Thanks so much for the post.

  4. I made this to go along with Ackman's Wisconsin Badger Burgers (no badgers were harmed in the making of the burgers). Very simple and tasty. I still could not convince DS that green beans are good though...although he did finish most of them before getting up from the table :) Thanks for posting this recipe Debby. Made and reviewed for the April-May Potluck Tag Game.

  5. What an easy and creative spin on green beans! When I tossed the hot beans with the herbs this wonderful aroma wafted into the kitchen. I think the amount of herbs is excessive for just one cup; I had lots left over on the plate and the inside of the bowl after serving. But instead of cutting back on the herbs I would increase the beans, because the flavor will have you going back for seconds. Just before serving I drizzled a little extra virgin olive oil. Thanks for sharing, Acadia! Done for Veg*n Swap.
