ingredients

• 3 ounces Parrot Bay coconut rum
• 3 ounces Malibu rum
• 1 ounce cranberry juice
• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 1 ounce orange juice

directions

1. Pour the shots into a glass of ice.
2. Then fill the glass with equal parts orange juice, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, an orange slice, and an umbrella.

Had friends over for a cookout and made a couple of pitchers of these. Everyone loved this drink and asked for the recipe. I too am particularly fond of Malibu Rum and Parrot Bay. This is a PERFECT drink for a hot summer day. Thank you for sharing this. :-)

Hats off to the staff at Houlighan's!!! I am not really into mixed drinks, but I just HAD to try this because Parrot Bay is the one liquer that I truly love!! This was absolutely awesome!! I kicked back on the couch, watched the movie "Cocktail", and had me my own little party by myself/lol.
