- 1 - 1 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 garlic powder
- 1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans with jalapenos
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 (11 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1⁄4 lb Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
directions
- brown ground beef with garlic and drain.
- make a paste out of the beans in the food processer, and mix with the ground beef.
- warm tortillias, put a small amount of the meat and bean mix in the tortillia and fold in half. Place in the bottom of a 9x11" pan. Do this until the meat and beans are gone.
- Mix tomato soup with 1/3 c of water and pour over tacos. Cover with velveeta and bake at 400 until cheese is melted.
