"Light and bright, lower proof Martini."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 ounces bombay sapphire gin
• 1 1⁄2 ounces martini dry vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters

directions

1. Measure all ingredients with a jigger and pour into a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 45 seconds and strain into a chilled Martini or Coupe glass.
3. Garnish with an orange twist or Orange zest spiral cut into rose shape.
