This is such a good recipe. We use it on camping trips as well. I crumble the burger a little when I put it in the foil packets and sprinkled a little seasoning salt on top, dump the veggies on top of the meat and cook on a campfire. When they are done, we carefully open the packets and put a little cheese on top to melt. My kids thought they were fun and delicious. You can change these up many ways to suit your tastes.
