1-2-3 Lemon Cookies

"This is super easy! My son's favorite cookie. Try some different flavor cake mixes too! I use a small scoop to form balls of dough."

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 24 cookies

ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1 lemon cake mix
• sugar

directions

1. Combine egg, milk and oil.
2. Stir in cake mix until it clings together.
3. Form into one-inch balls.
4. Roll in sugar.
5. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
