This was really good but on the sweet side, I will use less sugar next time. While making it I accidentally put in a tablespoon of cinnamon , it didn't hurt the finished product. Thank you
I only cooked this for 25mins at 160C fan and it was enough. It was quite dry although the flavour was nice. Is it meant to be dry? I'm an experienced baker and died the recipe. I used uncooked oats. Is that correct? Our was I supposed to use cooked oatmeal?
