Layered Pear, Feta, Cranberry, Salad With a Balsamic Dressing

You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 1/2 head romaine lettuce ( torn or cut into bite size pieces)
    2. 3 pears, cut into bite size pieces ( I like to use Bosc, Anju, but Asian would work, just use a combination of your favorites)
    3. 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries ( rough chopped)
    4. 1 1/2 cups feta cheese, crumbled
    5. 1 cup walnuts, chopped
    6. 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette

    Vinaigrette

    1. 3/4 cup olive oil
    2. 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    3. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    4. 1 teaspoon honey
    5. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    6. salt
    7. pepper

Directions

  1. Layers -- First layer, lettuce. Second layer, pears. Third layer, cranberries. Fourth layer, feta. Fifth layer, walnuts. Repeat.
  2. Garnish -- If you want you can garnish with a few thin slices of pears on top.
  3. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and enjoy!
