  1. This was very good. I was looking for a recipe that didn't require milk and this worked. It used up some of those zucchinis that we have sitting around too. My dad really appreciated the flavor. I used whole wheat flour instead of plain flour. It made it rich tasting and healthy, but took longer to bake.
