  • Beat together eggs until foamy
  • Add sugar,oil, and vanilla mix well.
  • Add Zucchini beat again.
  • Add flour and nuts mix well.
  • Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
  • Bake 350 F for 1 hour or until done.
  • Remove from pans and let cool.
