These veggies are delicious! The cayenne realllly adds something to these veggies, so try not to leave it out. If you have to, its ok :-)

We made these last night on the grill and they were so good. The flavors were perfect! I was tempted to add more cayenne, and I am glad I didn't because the hint of cayenne was a great touch.

  1. Heat your grill to medium.
  2. Toss veggies with olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne and toss again.
  4. Grill until tender, approximately 6-8 minutes per side.
  5. Return the veggies to large bowl and gently toss with fresh basil.
  6. ENJOY!
