  1. In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
  2. Stack the tortillas, cut into 6 wedges.
  3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray.
  4. Spritz the wedges with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoniong mixture.
  5. Bake at 375 for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes.

Good crunchiness and very spicy (for me anyway). I wound up dipping mine in lite sour cream to lessen the heat a little. I liked the ease of preparation and the low sodium, calories and fat.
