- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons dry oregano leaves
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic (Minced)
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- Heat Olive Oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, oregano leaves, bay leaf, and garlic.
- Stir often until onion is soft.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
