- 2 cups organic roasted soybeans (Raw, unsalted)
- 2 cups sunflower seeds (Raw, Unsalted)
- 1 cup ground flax seed meal
- 2 cups pepitas (Unsalted)
- 1 cup agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- zero calorie cooking spray (like Pam)

directions
- Pre heat oven to 350 .
- Mix all nuts, seeds and Flax in a large bowl.
- Stir in Agave and Cinnamon. Blend well.
- Spray Glass baking pan (9x13 works well) with Pam and line with Parchment paper (Spray will keep paper in place).
- Spread seed mixture evenly across pan.
- Using wax paper, press seed mix down into pan as tightly as you can.
- Bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Let cool.
- Remove from pan by lifting out parchment paper.
- Cut into 16 squares (Larger or smaller if you prefer).
- Store in airtight container in fridge (I use individual snack bags for easy grab and go).
