  • Cook Yuca in boiling water along with 10 carlic cloves and salt.
  • Drain excess water.
  • In blender, mix oil and remaining garlic. Pour over cooked Yuca.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm with Seafood, poultry or steaks.
