I got this over the internet this last month. It is not too sweet and it doesn't call for powdered sugar, which I hate the taste of. It was great on the red cake I made.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Let cool a bit.
- Put it in a bowl with cream cheese and butter.
- Beat it till smooth and blended
- It should be nice and thick now. The taste is very good.
Very easy to make but there is too much butter - it takes over the taste of the white chocolate. Next time I will try and reduce butter by 1/2. I love the fact it is not a sweet icing.
