I got this over the internet this last month. It is not too sweet and it doesn't call for powdered sugar, which I hate the taste of. It was great on the red cake I made.

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Let cool a bit.
  3. Put it in a bowl with cream cheese and butter.
  4. Beat it till smooth and blended
  5. It should be nice and thick now. The taste is very good.

Very easy to make but there is too much butter - it takes over the taste of the white chocolate. Next time I will try and reduce butter by 1/2. I love the fact it is not a sweet icing.
