White Chocolate Frosting Recipe

"I got this over the internet this last month. It is not too sweet and it doesn't call for powdered sugar, which I hate the taste of. It was great on the red cake I made."

  1. Very easy to make but there is too much butter - it takes over the taste of the white chocolate. Next time I will try and reduce butter by 1/2. I love the fact it is not a sweet icing.

I like to cook collect recipes and crochet and read. I have a womens day cookbook that I can not find and I miss it so much. My mom gave me a collection of cookbooks, enough to fill a large box, I had to pack them away as my autistic son loved to play with them. I have at least that many more of my own, I was started by my mom. I have a few antique ones also. I collect alot of Vegetarian recipes. I really like this site and also cooks.com. I am looking foward to making a few recipes from here, I have made two so far, an awsome bean recipe, and lanchire cheese sausages, which were both great.
