These cookies are great for those chocolate cravings. 1 cookie = 1 Weight Watchers point. Sorry, this recipe isn't core.
- 4 plain Hershey Bars
- 2 cups Fiber One cereal
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- Melt candy bars in the microwave, about 1 1/2 minutes .
- Add cereal and raisins.
- Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with foil.
- Drop 16 cookies onto foil.
- Put into freezer until hard.
I substituted Hershey's Special Dark chocolate -- it is phenomenal!
