Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F Sprinkle cod with salt and pepper; put in baking dish. Mix tomato sauce, wine, and oregano; pour over cod. Cover and bake 10-15 minutes.

Made this as directed and it was good but I think next time I might add some diced tomatoes and definately some garlic (I love garlic anyway). I might even top with a few slivered onions. This was quick, easy and made for a good dinner. Oh yes I doubled the recipe. Made for Fall Pick a Chef 2012 tag game.
