I guess I expected more of a crusty top even after turning once. It tasted good though and will try it again. I will try Txladyflygirl's method of broiling it to get it more crispy.

It was very good. I soaked the cod in coconut milk for 20 minutes and then drained it and patted it dry. Took the fishy smell out and could taste the sweetness of the coconut milk a bit. Also I baked it for 25 minutes then broiled it to get it more crispy.

Excellent recipe! I will be making this all the time now. It tasted like a lobster dish! The only think I added was a little garlic powder and onion powder to the flour mixture. Thanks for the recipe!

Seemed really slimy using flour and butter. Ended up washing the coating off fish and seasoning with lemon and butter. Keep it simple and broil with simple butter. Would not make again.

I added adobo seasoning to my flour mixture rather than use white pepper. Also to help add more lemon flavor to the dish I added lemon zest to the butter and baked each fillet with a lemon slice on top. Additionally rather than use paprika I added garlic salt and minced garlic and sprinkled it on the fillets. I've traditionally used dried parsley flakes on my fish dishes as well. It came out great and there were no leftovers.
