- 2 (425.24 g) can of wild alaskan pink salmon
- 4 medium yellow tomatoes
- 226.79 g smoked mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 473.18 ml washed watercress leaves
- 4 slice thinly sliced red onions
- 29.58 ml lime juice
- 78.78 ml vegan mayonnaise
- 4.92 ml ground cumin
- pepper, to taste
- gomasio seasoning, to taste ('Eden's Shake')
directions
- In large bowl, flake salmon with a fork.
- Add diced tomato, mozzarella , watercress leaves and red onion and mix together.
- Sprinkle with lime juice.
- Mix in the Vegannaise well.
- Add cumin, pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with the Eden seasoning.
