- 340.19 g jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 78.78 ml green onion, chopped
- 29.58 ml green chili salsa (bottled)
- 118.29 ml monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 59.14 ml sour cream
- 59.14 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
directions
- Drain and discard marinade from artichokes.
- Coarsely chop artichokes, and combine with green onion and green salsa in saucepan.
- Stir frequently over medium heat until mixture is warmed throughout.
- Remove from heat before stirring in cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve warm.
