Yum, I'm drinking one right now! Water or regular milk needs to be added to help the blending along. I was out of milk, so I added a bit of water along with the ice before adding the avocado and condensed milk. I think I went a little overboard with the condensed milk though, hehe. Next time I will put more ice in to give it more of a smoothie consistency rather than a creamy shake.

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 14 cup condensed milk
  • 1 -2 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Throw everything in a blender and process until consistency is smooth.
