I have some matzo meal to use up and was looking for lunchbox additions, so I thought this might fit the bill. These are super easy to make and I like the nutritionals on them. It was hard to determine when they were done, and they were sort of sticky and soft. You could definitely taste the fruit in them. So these are not a traditional brownie for me, but a nice yet sticky snack cake type food. Thanks!

I am trying out a few pre passover recipes as I have family from Israel coming in, these brownies were amazing!!! I followed the recipe exactly and they are really great!! I would suggest making them for a passover snack or dessert!! Bet'avon

Unfortunately, these kind of come out gooey. The texture just wasn't there for us. Which is a shame because the flavour is great! I didn't think that you could make brownies with so few ingredients! I ended up using breadcrumbs instead of matzo meal which may have contributed to the texture facter. They were still eaten right up, so it can't be that bad!! ;-)
