No, this is not your usual cooked pizza...It's an appetizer that has been popular everywhere I have taken it... (cook time includes baking the pizza crust)

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing mix

This is a great summer appetizer because it is refreshing and cool. You can use just about any vegetable you like. Never any leftovers!Take it to your next get together!!

Excellent! I used broccoli, shredded carrots, cauliflower, peppers and onions - finely minced and fat free cheeses. It made a great snack and would work equally as well as an appetizer.
