This is an easy, quick and healthy lunch idea. I saw a version of it in Men's Health magazine. I made a few changes.
- 1 flour tortilla, wrap
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 3 slices deli peppered turkey breast
- 1⁄8 cup colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1⁄4 cup spinach leaves
- Lay tortilla wrap flat. Spread sour cream and salsa. Add the rest of the ingredients. Fold the sides and roll into a wrap. Cut in half and enjoy.
Wrap was perfect except for the Peppered Turkey. My family did not care for the taste of it so I think next time I will buy the cajun or honey turkey. Putting that aside it was still tasty and we ate it all. Thanks!
