FOR THE DRESSING
- 78.78 ml low-fat sour cream or 78.78 ml nonfat sour cream
- 29.58 ml commercial mango chutney
- 14.79 ml honey
- 14.79 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1.23 ml curry powder

FOR THE REST
- 946.36 ml of chopped cooked turkey breast
- 236.59 ml of diced red pepper
- 236.59 ml diced celery
- 236.59 ml of diced pineapple
- 236.59 ml mandarin orange segments
- 118.29 ml of chopped green onion
directions
- To assemble the dressing, mix the sour cream, mango chutney, lemon juice, curry powder and honey in a small bowl.
- If you are not using right away, make sure to refrigerate, covered.
- In a large bowl, add the turkey, celery, red pepper, pineapple, whole mandarin segments, and green onion.
- Add the dressing and toss well 1 hour before serving.
