Turkey Meatballs

"We were having spaghetti for dinner & I wanted some turkey meatballs as well as beef. I made these up in the morning, browned them & put them in the fridge till dinner time, then finished them in the oven. You could finish them in your sauce instead if you wanted. I used a 1 1/2" meatball maker. If you find that the meatballs start sticking to the maker rinse it under hot water, it works like a charm. You could also make tiny meatballs to use for an appetizer."

  1. These aren't hard to make and taste even better than my usual Costco meatballs. I'll be making these from now on. Made for Spring 2013 PAC. (served with Satyne's recipe #484600)

Chef #8832636. My memebership on this site goes back to the days of recipezaar, so I have seen a lot of changes on the site over the years. I still miss the forums, they had a wealth of information in them, and it was great to be able to connect with other chefs through them. I don't think zmail exists anymore either, so I don't think we have any way of contacting other chefs now. I haven't been on the site much in the last few years, mainly because of the changes. I do still pop in to look for specific recipes. I enjoy cooking, and am passionate about baking.
