  1. Cook turkey with onion, pepper and garlic until brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and chili powder; stir.
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Stir in kidney beans; simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
