ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tuna in water
- 1 (8 ounce) box prepared stuffing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1 carrot (shredded)
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 1⁄2 cup hollandaise sauce (prepared)
directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Heat large non stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
- Use ice cream scoop to add 1/3 cup portions of tuna mixture to skillet.
- Flatten in to patties with spatula.
- Cook until golden brown about 3 minutes to each side.
- Drizzle prepared Holidaise sauce over cakes.
