Tuna Cakes

"I found this recipe on NW Coupon Lady's bargain dinners wep page. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks interesting, cheap and easy to make. They suggest serving with a side salad. Posting here for safe keeping. Here's hoping! NOTE: Do NOT prepare the stuffing. I could not find an option that did not list the stuffing as prepared... sorry."

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat large non stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  • Use ice cream scoop to add 1/3 cup portions of tuna mixture to skillet.
  • Flatten in to patties with spatula.
  • Cook until golden brown about 3 minutes to each side.
  • Drizzle prepared Holidaise sauce over cakes.
