- 2 lbs chopped roma tomatoes
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 2 cups assorted fresh vegetables
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Combine all in slow cooker, cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
