- 1360.77 g vine ripened tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 453.59 g box orzo pasta, cooked
- 118.29 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 78.78 ml minced fresh chives
- 88.74 ml chopped fresh basil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 14.79 ml lemon zest (about 4 lemons)
- salt and pepper
- 236.59 ml crumbled feta cheese
directions
- In a large bowl combine tomatoes and orzo.
- In a small bowl combine oil, herbs, and lemon zest. Pour over orzo and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
