Recipe by ratherbeswimmin

This drink dates back to the mid-nineteenth century and it is disputed whether it originated in England, America, or Australia. It was originally made with Old Tom, a sweetened gin. The modern version is made with dry gin. A French 75 is a Collins made with cognac and champagne.

Perfection! Also good topped with ginger ale if you're out of club soda like I was.
